Avalon Bali is one of the most spacious 7-bedroom luxurious Canggu Villas catering to different preferences and needs of the guests. Our property features a 4-bedroom main villa, a self-contained 2-bedroom guesthouse, and a newly built 1-bedroom luxury villa each comes with private pool.
Avalon Bali Villa is situated on the southern shores of Canggu, in the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia. It is strategically located just a few meters away from Berawa Beach, perfect for surfing and other beach activities like swimming, beach volleyball, picnics, or simply basking in the sun. The sea is abundant with coral reef sand it is home to a diverse selection of marine life.
To provide our guests with the best family holiday stay, we are open to different rental configuration, featuring your choice of 7-bedroom, 6-bedroom, 5-bedroom, 4-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 1-bedroom villa depending on your needs respectively. Such configuration makes it reasonable for the budget as well as the use of the property’s spacious areas and also enabling guests to have ideal family villas in Bali.

It’s rare to find such a well-established villa in such a quiet spot, only 50m from the beach and yet just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Seminyak. Just beyond the entrance to Villa Avalon I is La Laguna – a prize spot for sunset cocktails, and a short stroll along the sand brings you to Mozaic and Potato Head beach clubs and the W Hotel.
Four-bedroomed Villa Avalon I is the largest of three independent properties on this grand estate designed by award-winning Bali architect, Popo Danes. When rented as a whole, the Villa Avalon estate offers seven spacious bedrooms and makes a paradisical wedding venue.
From a traditional gateway, steps lead up to Villa Avalon I’s open-sided living room, which is housed in one of three interconnected pavilions that fan out around the 15-metre swimming pool. This upper level room is an elegant fan- and sea-breeze-cooled space comprising a large seating area and a games corner complete with pool table. Below is a dining room where up to 14 guests can enjoy meals at the three-metre table. A media room offers air-conditioned comfort for movie watching, catching up on emails or simply having a quiet read. Outside, the antique poolside joglo creates a living space in harmony with surrounding nature, and an alfresco dining table under a cool canopy provides an informal area for convivial meals.
To either sides of the living pavilion are the bedroom suites. All four of Villa Avalon I’s air-conditioned bedrooms provide sumptuous sleeping space, and each has a sitting area with TV and DVD player. The two palatial master suites are furnished with four-poster king-size beds resting on polished teakwood floors. The glamour continues into the air-conditioned bathrooms, which feature statement bathtubs as well as rain showers and huge walk-in wardrobes. Both master suites open onto shaded furnished terraces.
A pair of air-conditioned guest suites occupy the second sleeping pavilion, both furnished with queen-sized beds. The ground floor suite opens onto the garden while the upper room features a spacious garden-view terrace. Both ensuite bathrooms are fitted with rain showers and walk-in wardrobes, and there’s a second shower and a bathtub in a small courtyard attached to the ground floor room.
An efficient and friendly ten-strong staff (including a competent chef) work discreetly in the background to provide stellar service from morning until night.

The nightly tariff represents the cost per night for a maximum of two guests per bedroom.
All rates are cost per villa per night, shown in US Dollars and subject to an additional 15.5% for Service Charge and Government Tax.

Canggu
Canggu
Canggu proper is a small village on the beach about 20 minutes north of Seminyak, half way to Tanah Lot. Canggu is widely used though to refer to a large coastal stretch of about 8 km, running north from the village of Berawa (just north of Seminyak) to the village of Cemagi (just south of Tanah Lot) taking in “Batu Bolong Beach”, Echo Beach, “”Nelayan Beach””, Pererenan Beach, Selasih Beach, Seseh Beach and Mengening Beach along the way. It is still a largely rural area away from the beaches, but is being developed fast.
The coast is undeniably a paradise for eager surfers.
Nelayan Beach (Fisherman Beach) is where you can still get fresh fish, lobsters, prawns etc every early morning. Five minutes walk between Berawa Beach and Batu Bolong Beach.
The area is popular with many expatriates who choose to live here, and a large number of the villas owned by overseas nationals are located here. Much of the area features quietly undulating terrain with the rice paddies that typify much of south central Bali.
Beaches:
The beaches have dark grey or black sand, they do offer some popular and challenging surfing spots. Surfers from all over the world gather to enjoy surf sessions with friends. Canggu also adds another spiritual dimension to surfing as savoring an exquisite sunset from your perch on a surfboard is of common practice. The 3 main beaches around are the Echo Beach, the Canggu Beach and the Brawa Beach. The beaches have dark grey or black sand and are not particularly good for swimming, but do offer some renowned and challenging surfing spots.
For non-surfers, it’s a nice sandy spot from where to watch the action.
Berawa Beach has a couple of surfer cafes by the pounding sea; the grey volcanic sand here slopes steeply into foaming water. Overlooking it all is the vast estate of fashionista Paul Ropp.
Nelayan Beach has a collection of fishing boats and huts marks the very mellow stretch of sand at the Beach that fronts villa-land. Depending on the river levels, it can be an easy walk from here to Prancak and Batu Bolong Beaches.

Transportation:
Taxis can be hard to find in this area and most travel tends to be by private car or motorcycle. Consider booking accommodation with a complimentary airport pickup as this is the easiest way to get to Canggu. A cab should cost around 80K from Kuta.

Attractions
The beach at Batu Bolong is the most popular in the Canggu area. There's almost always a good mix of locals, expats and visitors hanging out in the cafes, surfing the breaks or watching it all from the sand.It's a classic beach scene, with rental umbrellas and loungers available. You can rent surfboards (100,000Rp per day) and take lessons. Overlooking it all is the centuries-old Pura Batumejan complex with a striking pagoda-like temple.
Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.

Chill on the beach: Find a little place on the beach to watch surfers in the water, waiting for the waves. In the shadows of a parasol at a vendor stand, hold on to your cold bintang and watch the waves break on the big rock. Relaxed surfers vibe.

Canggu has plenty of beachside cafes and restaurants.Most beaches have warungs with local and western food in the Rp 40k range. Most places also have wifi (even the cheapest of Warungs). Also many deliver, so call and ask.
